Returns & Refund Policy
JEDI Technology Co., Ltd strictly follows the relevant provisions of the relevant national Three Guarantees Regulations and other laws, aiming to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, clarify the relevant provisions on the repair, replacement and return of relevant goods, and conscientiously fulfill the responsibilities and obligations of repair, replacement and return of relevant products. 7-Day Package of Return
If you receives the product with quality problems, please contact us and provide relevant pictures and videos within 7 days from the date of signed. We will send to the engineer for confirmation. If the confirmation is non-artificial quality problem or defect, you can choose to return, exchange or provide free warranty.
Meet the following conditions:
- Within 7 natural days after the customer receives the goods, the product has no manufacturing defects, the product packaging, accessories, gifts, and instructions are complete, and no one is damaged, not activated for use, which shall not affect the secondary sales.
- Customer found an undamaged performance failure of the product within 7 natural days of receipt. We have the right to reject the customer’s return request if:
• Request for return of goods after more than 7 natural days from the date of receipt;
• Returned goods are incomplete, the outer packaging, accessories, gifts, and instructions are incomplete, or damaged by human appearance;
• Unable to provide legal purchase certificates or documents when returning the goods, or forge or alter the documents;
• Collisions and burning caused by the quality problems of the product itself, as well as artificial modification, entering foreign objects (water, oil, sand, etc.), incorrect installation, and failure to use and operate according to the instructions;
• Tear, alter labels, machine serial number, waterproof marks, anti-counterfeiting marks, etc..
• Products damaged by force majeure, such as fire, flood, lightning strike, and traffic accidents.
After-Sales Fee
The after-sales fee is borne by us if the non-artificial quality problem is exchanged within 7 days ; The after-sales fee is borne by the customer if the quality problem is artificially caused within 7 days or the after-sales feedback time exceeds 7 days.
